The Board of Directors and Rj Development Co. have been working with the developer to start the Tot Lot II planting and grading over the past few months. We are pleased to announce that work on Tot Lot II will start tomorrow, May 10, 2010. To ensure that the work is completed properly and our residents and children are safe we will need to close Tot Lot II for one month. This closure will include the part of the trail that goes through the park. The closure will allow for the trees to be planted and the proper grading done to the entire area, as well as the addition of topsoil and seed. We are asking for your cooperation to stay out of the area while work is being completed so that the new grass has a chance to grow. There will be machinery and other dangers present so we also ask that residents talk to their children and let them know that this Tot Lot will be closed for a limited amount of time.
