Annual Spring Planting on Saturday May 30
Posted on May 22nd, 2009
We are going to conduct our annual Spring Planting on Saturday, May 30. Every year we plant flowers at the entrance ways to Settlers Walk to enhance the asthetic value of our community. We previously used a landscape company to complete this task but in recent years decided to do this function on our own to preserve funds for our homeowners association.
It is important to have the help of our community members to participate in this planting. We will have approximately 32 flats of flowers that need planted at the entrances. This will only take a couple of hours, less with more volunteers. This benefits all residents as it makes our Housing Development stand out in the Franklin Park area.
Please pass this along to anyone you may think is interested and I hope to see you all there. We will meet at 8:30 A.M. at the park and disperse from there.
Thanks,
Todd Wateska
