Annual Egg Hunt
It’s that time of year again! Mark your calendars:
Saturday, March 28 beginning at 11:00 A.M. located at Tot Lot I (the big park)
If you would like your child(ren) to participate, please bring 12 filled eggs per child to:
1898 Pioneer Drive (The cul-de-sac end)
***By Friday evening, March 27th.**

Mailbox Replacements
If you are in need of a new mailbox we have a deal for you!
In order to save homeowners money the Board was able to negotiate a deal on a bulk order of mailboxes. Mailboxes will be for sale through the Association for $295.00 each! By placing your order through us you will save $29.00 over ordering it online yourself!
In addition to better serve you we have made an agreement with a contractor that can remove and replace your mailbox for you for $85.00!

The Settlers Walk Board of Directors will hold its Annual Meeting on Monday, May 4, 2015 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Franklin Park Borough Building. This will be a great opportunity to meet neighbors, ask questions, and get an update on the community over the past year.
