Mailbox and Light Post Informaiton

The winter is taking a toll on the community's mailboxes with snow, rock salt, and vehicle damage it has been a busy season for mailbox replacements! Please see the below approved mailbox replacements and parts information.

Visit Mailbox Makeovers website at www.mailboxmakovers.com and click on "Mailboxes" on the left hand side. The Board has approved "the Venetian" as a replacement to your mailbox. You may purchase this mailbox online or contact Bob Gillenberger with Rj Community Management at 412-527-8557 to be placed on a list for the communities next order.
Post Light not working?
PLease keep light posts working (use a long life bulb e.g. compact fluorescent) and make sure the dusk to dawn sensor is working.
You can get a replacement sensor at Home Depot for under $10.00. If you need help installing, contact Joe Bellissimo at 412-369-4578. He will install replacement sensor for $15.00 (labor) plus the cost of parts.
