Settlers Walk Facilities
Settlers Walk offers a variety of amenities and facilities to our residents including a walking trail, tennis court, basketball court, two pavilions, two tot lots, a grass volleyball court and an open multi-purpose field for hours of outdoor enjoyment for all!
2017 Pavilion Rentals
Meander through the woods by the stream on our walking trail which extends from the Settlers Drive park entrance to the Holmes Drive entrance.
A large pavilion is located in a park like setting on Settlers Drive. Adult sized picnic tables and child sized picnic tables are available for use and the pavilion offers electricity for those who rent the pavilion. Please complete the Pavilion Rental Form, Rental Agreement and Hold Harmless Agreement to request a rental.
Also located at the Settlers Drive location is a fenced in tennis court where you can practice your shots with your favorite tennis partner or challenge another couple to a doubles game.
The basketball court provides a fenced in full court for hours of hoop time.
Tot Lot I (Settlers Drive) This park area includes a large pavilion which can be rented, tennis courts, basketball, and other amenities. Let your little ones slide, jump and climb in the tot lot while you relax on a bench. This playground area is geared toward children 5 -7 years old.
Tot Lot II (Holmes Drive) This park area includes a small pavilion, also with electricity which can be rented. Close to the multipurpose field which is home to the soccer goals and volley ball court. This playground area has a tot lot geared toward ages 2 - 5 years old.
Multi-Purpose Field (Holmes Drive by Tot Lot II) Home to the community soccer goals and grass volley ball net this area is ideal for large games. The multi-purpose field can be used for kickball, dodgeball, or any other event!
Several waste cans cans and dog stations are scattered through the community to allow for easy disposal of waste while out on a walk. Two large storage sheds are located at Tot Lot I to store community property during the winter months.
