Yes. You may contact Ryan Homes if the tree dies within one growing season to see if they will replace it. If it is past one growing season and Ryan will not replace it, you may contact the Management Company for contact information for tree service companies.

chevron_rightWhen are my HOA dues payments due and where do I send them?
As of July 1, 2010, quarterly dues are $87 per quarter per household. Payments are due January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year. All residents should be mailed a coupon book. Please contact Rj Development Co. at 412-527-8557 or use the Contact Us form on the Contact page of this website (use the pull down menu to select "Management Company") to request a coupon book if you did not receive one or if you have any questions.Payments should be mailed to:

chevron_rightWhy do I have to shovel my sidewalk?
According to the Franklin Park Borough ordinance:§ 180-5 Responsibility for removal of snow and ice from sidewalks.Every person in charge or control of any building or lot of land fronting or abutting on a paved sidewalk whether as owner, tenant, occupant, lessee or otherwise, shall remove and clear away or cause to be removed or cleared away, snow and/or ice from so much of the sidewalk as in front of or abuts on said building or lot of land. Such work shall be completed within a reasonable time, but not later than 12 hours after the cessation of any fall of snow, sleet or freezing rain.
